AVA4 and AVP4: New option for digital input and delay management

* Manage delay of up to 170 ms
* Add a digital input (SPDIF) and a digital output (SPDIF) to any AVA4-ES100
* Add a digital input (SPDIF) to any AVP4-ES100

Digital inputs can be inserted to EtherSound network, with a Sample Rate Converter included in the option
On AVP4-ES100, the digital input can also be amplified locally with the on board amplifier
